Every month, the office will send you a statement. Please remember that insurance companies respond within 4-6 weeks, and please call the office if your statement is inaccurate or does not reflect insurance payments. Any remaining balance owed after insurance pays is your responsibility. We can make arrangements for a regular monthly payment plan, but we insist the plan must be in place before a procedure occurs.
